Postal.kz Redesign

Postal.kz is a service that helps citizens of Kazakhstan shop in the US. The team was struggling to scale and attract new customers, so they brought me in to uncover user experience gaps and propose solutions.

I reviewed their website, analyzed business requirements, and developed personas to better understand their target audience. From there, I redefined the user flows to simplify the customer journey and align it with their goals.

This work gave the team a clear roadmap for improving usability, reducing friction in onboarding, and positioning postal.kz for growth.
